David S. Fox has actively engaged in the practice of Law for the past twenty-nine years in both Massachusetts and Federal Courts. He has also engaged in practice in the state of Florida where he has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1977. He has law offices located at 4 Longfellow Place, Suite 3703, Boston, Massachusetts 02114 and 900A Brookside Drive, Andover, Massachusetts 01810.
Attorney Fox is admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and Florida as well as the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Claims, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Attorney Fox is presently an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the American Bar Association.
For nearly 29 years, Attorney Fox has been engaged in the general practice of law and has handled a wide variety of matters on behalf of his clients representing both plaintiffs and defendants. His work as an attorney includes all types of personal injury claims, automobile accident cases, premises liability claims, workers compensation claims, all types of insurance claims, family law including guardianship and divorce matters, estates, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, legal and medical malpractice claims, unfair and deceptive business practices, consumer claims including Federal and State tax matters which includes income tax audits, and business, financing and tax planning matters. Further, Attorney Fox has handled all types of litigation and has experience in both criminal and civil litigation.
Further, Attorney Fox has served as an Arbitrator on behalf of the America Arbitration Association serving both single and three member panels.
